The Chesapeake Crime Prevention Council (CCPC) is a non-profit organization which has been in existence since 1987. The membership consists of coordinators/members from each of the city’s Neighborhood Watch groups. The CCPC conducts monthly membership meetings with guest speakers dedicated to crime prevention education.
